Veritas Capital has agreed to sell Epiq Design Solutions, a Rolling Meadows, Illinois-based provider of specialized radio technology, to TTM Technologies for $1.1 billion.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026.
Epiq serves customers across the commercial, government, and defense sectors.
Veritas acquired Epiq in 2022.
