Veritas to acquire environmental consultant Trinity Consultants from Oak Hill
Veritas Capital announced an agreement to acquire Trinity Consultants, a provider of engineering and consulting services to the natural and built environment, from Oak Hill Capital, who will reinvest in the company and remain a minority shareholder. Additional terms of the deal were undisclosed.
With more than 10,000 customers worldwide, Trinity serves the advanced manufacturing, healthcare, data center and commercial facilities market to address environmental, engineering, and compliance challenges.

Oak Hill acquired Trinity in 2021 from LLCP for undisclosed terms.
Formed in 1974, Trinity Consultants is a provider of regulatory-driven environmental, health & safety, engineering and sciences consulting services. Trinity is headquartered in Dallas, Texas and operates from over 100 offices worldwide, with a national footprint in the U.S. and key international markets across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
The transaction is expected to close by the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals.
