Vance Street Capital has added four investment professionals and promoted two others as the firm continues to grow its team. Nick Witham and Chris Wandling have been promoted from associate to senior associate.

The new hires bring experience across private equity, corporate development, private credit and investment banking, and will support Vance Street’s underwriting and execution efforts as part of the firm’s thesis-driven, sector-focused investment strategy.

Fenlon joins from Highview Capital, where she was a vice president on the investment team, having previously worked at HarbourVest Partners and American Securities; she began her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse. Kouvelis joins from Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, where he served as vice president of corporate development and strategy, after three years at Revelstoke Capital Partners. Cohen joins from Victory Park Capital, where he was an associate on the investment team, having previously worked in investment banking at William Blair. Gagnon joins from The Patriot Group, where he worked across private credit, investment banking and private equity.

“Vance Street is growing, and we are committed to building the team and capabilities required to support that momentum,” said Nic Janneck, partner at Vance Street. He added that the new hires bring strong investment acumen and transaction experience that will strengthen the firm’s ability to partner with founders, families and management teams.
