TSG Consumer to acquire body care brand Saltair
- Following the close of the transaction, Saltair founder Iskra Lawrence will serve as chief community advocate

TSG Consumer has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Saltair, a body care brand. No financial terms were disclosed.
Saltair was backed by Prelude Growth Partners.
Following the close of the transaction, Saltair founder Iskra Lawrence will serve as chief community advocate.
Rachel Shelowitz serves as CEO of Saltair.
