TJC to acquire electrical power firm Sunbelt Solomon from Trilantic North America

TJC has agreed to acquire Sunbelt Solomon, a Temple, Texas-based provider of complete lifecycle power solutions, from Trilantic North America. No financial terms were disclosed.

Sunbelt Solomon operates 42 locations across the US, Canada, and Chile, and employs more than 1,600 team members.

Gus Cedeño serves as CEO of Sunbelt Solomon.

We’re excited to support Gus and his team as they continue to scale the business.”

The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2026.
