Sarasota Tiny House Packs in Porch, Fireplace & Kitchen Island
RRC Athens, a dealer known for park models with custom rustic designs and smart floor plans, has added a new model to its catalogue called the Sarasota tiny house. Measuring 62 feet long, the park model features an eight-foot integrated covered front porch built with rustic stone-wrapped accent columns and heavy timber support beams.
The porch shields the entry door, adds curb appeal, and gives people a comfortable place to sit outside. The tiny house is finished in vertical board-and-batten siding and a metal roof. Other features include floor-to-ceiling windows along the sidewall that fill the interior with natural light.
Speaking of the interior, the Sarasota tiny house features a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. In the living room, a black shiplap accent wall surrounds an electric fireplace. A thick, organic wooden mantel rests above the stone veneer, holding decor or media components beneath a wall-mounted TV. A wine rack next to it stores eight bottles, and a sofa faces the fireplace.
The kitchen sits adjacent to the living room, built around a spacious multi-functional kitchen island. It apparently doubles as a dining spot too. Overhead and under-counter cabinets and drawers line the rest of the kitchen, along with a refrigerator, microwave, oven with a custom vent hood, dishwasher, and a large single-basin farmhouse sink.
One side of the kitchen is reserved purely for storage, with cabinets and countertops for stock items, while a separate counter facing the living room holds all the appliances. A hallway connects the two spaces and leads toward the rest of the home. The first room off the galley is a bedroom that sleeps two. Perfectly sized to fit a queen bed, the first bedroom comes with a standard closet.

Just past it is the bathroom, which includes a toilet, shower, and vanity. Across from the bathroom, a utility room houses the washer and dryer along with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that keep the home running.
Partway down the galley is a built-in desk workstation with overhead cabinet storage, suited for remote work or managing household tasks. The second bedroom sits at the rear of the Sarasota, featuring a deep walk-in closet and built-in cabinetry for extra organization.
All in all, the tiny house sleeps four to six people with ease. We don’t have official pricing on the Sarasota tiny house yet, but given the features packed in, it is safe to guess this one will fetch over $200,000. As is the case with most Park Model tiny homes, the Sarasota tiny house also runs on a standard RV-style hookup.
