About this policy
This policy applies to the public DaDy POS website. It explains what information may be involved when you browse the site, follow an external link or get in touch. The POS software itself may have separate data handling practices; ask the DaDy POS team about those before entering business or customer records.
Information you choose to send
This website does not include an account sign-up or an on-site contact form. If you email us or start a WhatsApp conversation, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, contact details and question. The email or messaging provider also processes that communication under its own policies.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or private customer sales records through email or WhatsApp. We use enquiries to respond to your questions and discuss DaDy POS. Contact us if you want to ask about a message you have sent.
Basic technical information
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site, such as a browser request, IP address, device or server log data. The website does not currently add its own analytics or advertising scripts. When you request the POS download, the site keeps an aggregate count of download requests so the administrator can see overall interest. It does not identify individual downloaders or confirm that a download finished or that the software was installed; repeated requests are counted again.
Cookies, administration and advertising
The public website does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. The password-protected administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie when an administrator signs in; this cookie is used to keep that administrator authenticated and is not used to track public visitors. If advertising services such as Google AdSense are added, those services may use cookies or similar technologies to show, measure or personalise advertising, subject to the provider’s settings and policies. This policy and any required consent or disclosure measures will be reviewed before advertising is enabled.

Links to WhatsApp, email providers or other external services take you to websites or applications we do not operate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
