PE-backed CHG Healthcare acquires medical staffing firm Krewe Anesthesia
- Krewe will continue to operate under the leadership of its founders, CEO Gavin Baker, and president Chase Chiasson, who will remain with the company following the acquisition

CHG Healthcare, which is backed by Leonard Green & Partners LP and Ares Management LLC, has acquired Krewe Anesthesia, a New Orleans-based staffing firm specializing in certified nurse anesthetists. No financial terms were disclosed.
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, CHG Healthcare is a hospital staffing firm.
