&Partners Recruits $1.8B Team From Wells Fargo Advisors
&Partners, a St. Louis-based hybrid broker/dealer launched by David Kowach, the former president and CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, has recruited another team from Kowach’s former firm.
This time, &Partners has added 32 North Wealth, a Meridian, Miss.-based practice with $1.8 billion in pre-hire assets under management.
The team is led by founders Wade Sims, Alan Lamar, Bob Coffin and Trey Hannah. They’re joined by senior client experience associates Jane Collins and Margie Smith; Rita McMuller, senior client service associate; and Lexi McRae, client service associate.
This represents the fourth advisor practice to join &Partners this month. The firm now has 121 advisor practices, representing about $58 billion in assets as of the end of June.
This follows news in mid-July that &Partners recruited Fisette & Kim Financial Services, an Issaquah, Wash.-based practice with about $524 million in pre-hire AUM, from Raymond James Financial Services. This month, the firm also added Foothills Legacy Wealth Management, an eight-person team in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., with $864 million in pre-hire AUM.
&Partners has had much success recruiting advisors from Wells Fargo. Kowach co-founded &Partners in 2023 along with Kristi Mitchem, one of Wealth Management’s Ten to Watch in 2026, and John Alexander.
