Lotus Floor Lamp Made From Plexiglas Looks Like Blooming Flower

The world is moving toward minimalism. We all want less but meaningful, and the newly launched Lotus floor lamp by Romania-based Anca Fetcu Studio fits the bill perfectly. “I think what we want most is not more objects, but more presence. More gentleness. More emotional stability,” said Anca Fetcu Lupu, founder and designer of the studio.

She said that the lamp is inspired by a lotus flower, “a symbol of purity, resilience and spiritual awakening.” This floor lamp is designed to be functional with an eye-catching aesthetic that adds a gentle glow and sculptural detail to your space.

The petals of the Lotus floor lamp are made of softly colored pink satin Plexiglas, arranged in three layers. It helps hide the source of light and softens the raw light coming out of it. Plexiglas is a non-resistant material that makes this lamp safer and shatterproof. So even if it falls, the lamp stays intact.

There is a tiny pear-shaped bulb at the center of the lamp, partially covered with petals. The 7-Watt bulb has 650 lumens of brightness and 2700K color temperature, providing a soft ambient glow, making it perfect for the cozy bedroom and sitting area. The bulb comes in two color options: golden and silver. You can adjust the brightness up and down according to your preference.

To balance this elegant floral design, there is a slender white metal base, which makes the lamp stand about 55 inches tall on an approximately 11-inch-wide base. It will occupy very little space in your corner, giving an aesthetically pleasing environment.

Its floral silhouette gives an interesting air. With a pretty color and peculiar design, it gives a fresh look. Even without the light, its aesthetic silhouette grabs attention. The unique design shows that a lamp doesn’t always need to disappear in the background; with the right color and design, it can be part of the room interior.

The brand will showcase the Lotus floor lamp at Maison&Objet in September 2026. It is also available in white color. So, if you want to grab these beautiful pieces of art, you can contact Anca Fetcu Studio and get these for €325 (roughly $370).
