Inszone Insurance Acquires Pennsylvania Hospitality Specialist Progress Brokerage
Inszone Insurance Services, a national provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, announced the acquisition of Progress Brokerage Group, LLC, a specialized insurance agency based in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
Founded in 2013 by Ed Snow, Progress Brokerage Group has built a reputation serving bars, restaurants, taverns, and hospitality businesses throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring markets.
“Their expertise in hospitality insurance and their dedication to client service make them an outstanding addition to Inszone as we continue expanding throughout the East Coast,” said Chris Walters, CEO of California-based Inszone Insurance Services.
“We had opportunities to speak with several organizations, but Inszone stood out because they understood who we are and how we operate,” said Snow.
The acquisition strengthens Inszone’s growing footprint in Pennsylvania and supports the company’s broader expansion throughout the East Coast and southern United States. Inszone recently entered several new eastern markets, including Georgia and Florida.
The announcement said Progress Brokerage’s existing team members will remain in place, allowing clients to continue working with the people they know while gaining access to expanded carrier relationships, technology, operational resources, and broader market expertise.
