FMG Suite, a marketing platform for financial advisors, has introduced an integration technology called FMG Connect, a technology overlay that allows advisors to bring a variety of advisor tools, data and workflows together, including note-taking, meeting prep and lead generation programs by well-known players in the artificial intelligence space.
“Most advisors already use strong tools,” FMG said in a press release this week. “A notetaker captures the meeting. A lead platform scores the prospect. A planning tool holds the client’s financial picture. The problem is that these systems rarely talk to each other, leaving the advisor in the middle, moving information from one place to the next by hand. Tools meant to reduce workload instead create friction, slow follow-up, and cap growth.”
FMG said the new technology closes those gaps.
“A meeting ends and the follow-up is already in motion,” the company said. “A new prospect enters the system and personalized outreach begins automatically. Client context stays current across planning tools, contact records, and communication workflows without anyone copying it over. The next best action surfaces inside the work advisors are already doing. FMG maintains the integration layer so advisors don’t have to.”
FMG Connect aims to help with productivity issues by integrating with AI meeting tools and note-taking programs that trigger follow-ups with clients. It also talks to lead generation tools so advisors can use data for outreach campaigns. And the integrations with financial planning and client data makes sure that contact records, content, and context sync automatically.
The firm’s partners in this effort include prospecting platforms like WealthFeed and Aidentified; Tax Status, a program that surfaces tax information for advisors; and three well-known workflow, meeting prep and note-taking application companies: Zocks, Jump and GReminders.
“Each has early access and is actively building toward live connections in the platform,” said FMG in a press release.
The firm said that under such a setup, a firm’s lead enrichment provider can move data directly into personalized outreach campaigns. “Advisors engage faster and convert more efficiently.”
“Advisors don’t want more disconnected tools. They want the tools they already use to work together,” Dave Christensen, FMG’s CEO, said in a statement. “FMG Connect is how we make that happen. It gives advisors a more connected operating environment, and it gives partners a more effective way to plug into the workflows where advisor growth actually happens.”
“APIs are available today, with additional capabilities rolling out through the rest of the year, the firm said.”
