CCMP Growth-backed Airo acquires specialty plumbing and HVAC firm Legrande’s Enterprises

Airo Mechanical, which is backed by CCMP Growth, has acquired Legrande’s Enterprises, a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-based specialty plumbing and HVAC firm. No financial terms were disclosed.
Airo is a provider of HVAC and plumbing installation services for multifamily and light commercial property developers.
This transaction marks Airo’s first in partnership with CCMP Growth.
