CAI Capital exits HVAC provider CustomAir to Service Logic Holdings Canada
- The target is a commercial mechanical services provider of HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical services to more than 2,400 customers across four British Columbia locations;
- Under its eight-year hold, CAI grew CustomAir by closing five add-on deals that expanded its geographic footprint and broadened its service capabilities.
CAI Capital Partners announced the closing of the sale of its majority interest in HVAC services company Custom Air Conditioning to Service Logic Holdings Canada for undisclosed terms.
