Spray Modes

The Brondell Jema faucet, as mentioned, is a pull-down kitchen faucet, engineered to make the kitchen smarter and streamline washing. The faucet features the patented Nebia spray technology to function with less splash back. It also has four distinct spray modes including RapidRinse, GentleClean, Aerated Stream, and Pause Mode.

Four Modes and Their Benefits

The RapidRinse mode, as the name suggest deliver high-performance, flat pan spray, which helps clean stubborn food residue, such as sticky peanut butter. The specially engineered water flow is believed to be 65 percent more effective at cleaning using only 0.8 gallons per minute.

When you want to rinse the delicate dishes or wash your hands, you can switch Jema to GentleClean mode, which creates a soft, controlled 360-degree ring of fine water droplets. In comparison with traditional faucets, Brondell’s option in the GentleClean mode can help you rinse up to two times faster at 73 percent efficiency.

Featuring the Aerated Steam mode, the faucet can provide a steady water flow of 1.5 gallons per minute, which should help you fill a pitcher or water bottles in the shortest possible time.

In the Pause Mode, the faucet can be used more efficiently while multitasking. Between tasks, you can instantly stop the water flow with the touch of a button on the sprayhead. It not only helps save water, but also helps prevent splashing of water while the sprayhead is in use.

Gesture Control

The four different spray modes provide smarter ways to clean faster, with minimal splash on countertops and clothes, while the onboard single-lever handle ensures flow control. In addition to the handle and the Pause Mode, another way to control the flow of water is hand gesture. AutoWave touchless technology on the Jema faucet allows you to turn the faucet on and off with the wave of the hand.

Being able to activate and deactivate the flow of water from the faucet without any physical contact simplifies water management during cooking and cleaning. It is helpful when your hands are full or stained with dough or dirty from handling meat.
