Belmont Tiny House has Porch, Dishwasher and Bathtub
Texas-based park model dealer RRC Athens has unveiled a new park model dubbed the Belmont tiny house. Measuring 62 feet long and 15 feet wide, the tiny house features an open porch, a spacious living room, a gourmet kitchen, and a high-end bathroom. The tiny house has a board-and-batten exterior, capped by a metal roof.
The park model boasts 810 square feet of space that sleeps four people with ease. One of its key highlights is the porch, which provides space to relax while functioning as a transition zone between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Another notable feature is the stone columns on the front porch that accentuate the overall look.
Visitors access the interior through a glass door, welcoming them into the living room. As evident from the pictures, the living room includes a stone fireplace next to a wine cabinet. Facing the fireplace is a cozy sofa that seats three people with ease. The house is outfitted with rectangular windows that allow fresh breeze and light to permeate the interior and maintain air circulation throughout the dwelling.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. It is highly functional, thanks to an array of appliances including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. As is the case with most RRC Athens dwellings, the Belmont tiny house features a central island that doubles as a dining table.
One aspect we like about a park model is the surplus space compared to a tiny house. This one in particular is literally double what any tiny house on wheels would have to offer. The extra space comes with added advantages, including enhanced storage options. The Belmont tiny house in particular features a range of overhead and under-counter cabinets for kitchen accessories and essentials. Despite being loaded with multiple storage options and appliances, the Belmont tiny house has plenty of room to walk alongside.

A galley leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom of the tiny house. The first of these bedrooms is pretty basic with space for two people to sleep. The second bedroom, located at the rear, sleeps two and comes with extra storage options, including a walk-in closet.
Sandwiched between the two bedrooms is the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity sink, a mirror, a toilet, and a bathtub. Not to mention, a utility area that faces the bathroom and is used for laundry and storing bulky cleaning equipment.
The Belmont tiny house joins a growing list of park model floorplans RRC Athens has introduced over the months. There is no word on the exact pricing of the tiny house, but this one is rumoured to be well above $110K. Given that the tiny house features a porch, dishwasher, fireplace, central island, and bathtub, the price makes sense.
