AE Industrial Partners appoints Leonard Dollaga as operating partner
- Dollaga joined AE Industrial in 2024 following more than three decades of service in the US Navy
- He most recently served as chief of legislative affairs for the Department of the Navy, where he was the principal legislative advisor to the Secretary of the Navy and the Chief of Naval Operations
AE Industrial Partners has named retired Rear Admiral Leonard Dollaga as an operating partner.
In this role, Dollaga will help identify and assess new investment opportunities across national security sectors, with a particular focus on maritime. Also, he will assist portfolio companies in navigating complex processes associated with federal budgeting, legislation, acquisition and policies that shape the defense industrial base.

Earlier in his career, Dollaga served as Commander, Submarine Group 7, and Commander, Undersea Warfighting Development Center.
