Measuring 37 feet long and 15 feet wide, the Adirondack is a park model tiny house that sits on a foundation. The interior footprint, however, is shy of 10 feet, occupied by a covered porch, clocking at 27 feet long, which makes its sleeping capacity even more impressive.
The Adirondack tiny house truly embraces its cabinesque aesthetic inside out. No painted surface mars this rustic charm, while live-edge wood elements spread throughout the home highlight its raw soul.

It is big enough to place twin mattresses or two queen-size ones. Though the low ceiling may deter some, the operable windows keep the space airy and bright, while railings add to the safety factor.
Underneath the loft, the space divides into two asymmetrical sections to accommodate the master bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom is big and fits a queen-size bed, flanked by live-edge wall-mounted nightstands. There is plenty of room for a customized closet and dresser. A wall-mounted TV and two operable windows provide ample views.

The adjoining bathroom has a linear design, with a vanity sink, a shower stall, and a toilet. Two mini-split units in the master bedroom and the living area keep the home temperate throughout the year.
The Adirondack tiny house is priced at $68,900. With a couple more layout options handy, the builder offers customization should you wish it. If you want to downsize with a family of four or more, the Adirondack is your best bet.
