HIG has acquired Avove, a UK-based infrastructure services and engineering company. No financial terms were disclosed.
Avove is focused on the regulated water and power markets.
Avove provides end-to-end design and build solutions to utilities in the water, wastewater, and power sectors. It operates across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Avove’s management team will reinvest alongside HIG and remain in place to lead the company’s continued development.
