Nonantum-backed Momentum acquires certain assets of Corbett Industrial Cleaning Services
- With this acquisition, Momentum now operates three New York State Department of Environmental Conservation-permitted waste processing facilities and seven service locations in Bath, Lancaster, Rochester, Syracuse, Oswego, Tonawanda, and Albany, New York

Momentum Environmental, which is backed by Nonantum Capital Partners, has acquired certain assets of Corbett Industrial Cleaning Services, a Menands, New York-based environmental services provider. No financial terms were disclosed.
Momentum is a Bath, New York-based provider of environmental and industrial services.

This transaction marks Momentum’s fourth acquisition since 2024.
