Fiesta Tiny House Features Porch, Kitchen Island, & Bathtub

RRC Athens has built a reputation for selling some of the finest park models in the tiny house world, and its latest, the Fiesta tiny house park model, might be the best one yet. Measuring 54 feet long, the tiny house boasts an eight-foot porch that provides an outdoor living space ideal for patio furniture and lounging.

While it is not stated outright, based on the pictures and the material usage history of RRC Athens and its manufacturing partners, we can safely assume that the Fiesta tiny house features wood siding. It is topped with a heavy-duty metal roof designed for maximum longevity and energy efficiency. The tiny house is outfitted with a gaggle of windows across the perimeter, ensuring that the home catches natural light from all angles, enhancing its curb appeal while promoting cross-ventilation.

Like most RRC Athens park models, the Fiesta tiny house has a spacious interior anchored by a luxe living room and a gourmet kitchen. In this case, though, the living room comes without a sofa, centre table, cabinets, or entertainment wall, leaving the space open to the dweller’s discretion.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. It features a freestanding island. This island provides valuable countertop workspace, integrated storage, and a casual breakfast bar seating option. On either side of the kitchen island sit cabinets and countertop space, enough to stow away kitchenware and groceries. Rangehood, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and other appliances come standard.

The most interesting aspect of this tiny house is its extra-wide footprint, which lets the living room, kitchen, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet all sit on the same floor width. The manufacturer and dealer haven’t revealed the exact width, but we estimate it’s well above 16 feet.

That extra width makes room for not one, not two, but three bedrooms in total. Each sleeps a couple and comes with its own storage space for essentials, and the first of these bedrooms includes a walk-in closet. The remaining two bedrooms sit at the rear, ideal for kids, guests, or parents. This split-bedroom layout puts the primary suite on one side of the home and the secondary bedrooms on the other, giving everyone their own space and privacy.

The two bathrooms are side by side elsewhere. One is a master bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo, vanity, and toilet, while the other has just a toilet, vanity, and shower.

Other highlights include a utility room that doubles as a mudroom and laundry space, housing the washer and dryer hookups, mechanical systems, and extra overhead storage. It has its own exterior door, keeping chores and outdoor mess separate from the main living areas. Like other park models this size, Fiesta tiny house runs on a standard RV-style hookup.
