Zeplyn Launches AI-Powered Adviser Coaching

Zeplyn, an AI operating system for wealth management companies, launched Advisor Coaching, a feature that automatically evaluates, scores and delivers feedback on advisers’ client and prospect meetings.

Advisor Coaching allows advisers to customize their own scoring rubrics that are then used to measure the success of each of their meetings. The tool also provides coaching tips based on specific moments during meetings. In addition, managers can use the Ask Zeplyn feature, powered by Zeplyn Agent Nexus, to pull firmwide performance reports across any date range, adviser or team.

Advisers can also use Ask Zeplyn to build a personality profile for a specific client based on meeting notes and emails. From there, advisers can role-play more difficult conversations, such as fee increases or annual reviews, with AI acting as the client’s persona. Advisers can then request structured feedback on the meeting and a downloadable cheat sheet for real meetings.
