Tinicum backs specialty chemicals distributor GracoRoberts

Tinicum has made an investment in GracoRoberts, an Arlington, Texas-based distributor of specialty chemicals and advanced composite materials to the aerospace and defense industry. No financial terms were disclosed.
GracoRoberts’ previous backer was CM Equity Partners.
GracoRoberts’ management team is retaining a significant stake in the company and will continue to lead the business.
Also, GracoRoberts provides a defense logistics and compliance program offering end-to-end supply chain management for military operations.
Jason Caldwell serves as CEO of of GracoRoberts.
