Kelly brings nearly two decades of energy investing, private equity and transaction experience spanning the upstream sector and broader energy value chain. At EIV Capital, she will focus primarily on the firm’s upstream strategy, working alongside Claire Harvey and Jason Tracton on acquisition sourcing, underwriting and portfolio management for EIV Resources.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Kelly was a managing director at EIG, where she most recently served as head of traditional energy – Americas, leading the firm’s North American upstream investment strategy. She worked on credit, structured equity and common equity investments during her tenure and served as a board member for several portfolio companies. Before joining EIG in 2017, Kelly worked at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co, where she was a vice president in the firm’s private equity business after starting in its investment banking group. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
