Created alongside its brethren, the Hummingbird PM tiny house, the Apex measures 40 feet long and 10 feet wide, offering a generous 400 square feet of living space.
There are two lofts, a main-floor bedroom, a gourmet cooking space, a living space, and a bathroom. The tiny house on a foundation flaunts a cottagecore exterior with natural wood shingles and board-and-batten siding. There are two entrances into the Apex tiny house: one opening into the bedroom, while the other opens into the living area. The living area is designed to entertain.
