US-based park model dealer RRC Athens has added another model to its catalogue. Dubbed the Wren tiny house, the 399-square-foot park model measures 40 feet long, comprising a 28-feet main home paired with a 12-feet porch. As with most RRC Athens dwellings, the Wren tiny house boasts an extra-wide footprint, measuring 13.4 feet across. That width makes room for a porch that doubles as an outdoor lounge, two bedrooms (one of them a loft), a gourmet kitchen with a kitchen island, a living room, and a bathroom. We’ll walk through each of these in detail below.
The Wren tiny house features deep charcoal vertical board-and-batten siding beautifully contrasted by crisp white trim, four prominent structural white columns, and a large integrated front porch lined with black security railings. The home’s architectural centerpiece is its elevated double-clerestory gabled dormer design, which uses geometric trapezoidal windows to maximize incoming natural light and give the roofline a highly custom look.
The 12-foot fully covered front is the main highlight of the home. It functions as a seamless extension of the interior, effectively expanding the home’s compact 399-square-foot footprint into a spacious outdoor living room. As evident in the pictures, the porch is wide and deep enough to effortlessly accommodate a full-sized L-shaped woven sectional sofa and a matching dining table, creating a highly functional zone optimized for luxury outdoor entertaining. Facing the sofa is the custom built-in electric fireplace set into a central partition wall. This wall is pre-wired for a flat-screen TV above the mantel and is accented by a prominent prismatic dormer window that floods the porch area with natural light.
Inside, the tiny house features an open-concept living room. The room features high, angled clerestory windows that follow the roofline to create a sense of height, paired with a massive panoramic window wall that floods the interior with daylight. The living room is furnished with a dark gray chaise sectional sofa, which anchors the seating area over a textured rug that visually defines the living zone. A high-top, marble-look counter on the right serves as a space-saving dining and kitchen boundary.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is a highly efficient, galley-style setup designed to maximize functions within a compact footprint. It features light stone-look countertops and a built-in kitchen sink situated beneath an upper cabinet unit. Extending toward the living space is a practical white peninsula breakfast bar that provides additional meal prep surface while functioning as an informal dining zone for two. When it comes to appliances, the tiny home features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and cooktop. Other features include undercounter cabinets and overhead cabinets.

The Wren tiny house features two bedrooms. One is a main floor bedroom that comes with a walk-in closet, while the other is a loft bedroom positioned above the kitchen. Each bedroom sleeps a couple. Opposite the main-floor bedroom is the bathroom. It consists of a toilet, shower, vanity, and a bathtub. As is the case with most park model tiny homes, the 399-square-foot Wren tiny house relies on standard RV-style hookup.
