In tiny house manufacturing, the challenge is standing apart from the other mobile homes already on the market. Some builders focus on interior design; others on exterior customization. Now, we came across one home that does both. Since we don’t have a name to attach to it, we will refer to it as 340 Sq. Ft. tiny house, after the space it offers.
Mounted on a triple-axle trailer, the home measures 36 feet long and 8.5 feet wide. The tiny home is finished with a wood exterior and has a metal roof for added durability. What sets it apart from other mobile homes on the market is its exterior. Unlike most modern tiny homes and park models, it skips the integrated porch and gourmet kitchen in favor of a bay window at the front and a mesh screen room at the back. That screen room is removable and doesn’t affect the home’s towing capability. It isn’t large, but it fits two people comfortably.
The house is provided with plenty of windows to keep the interior bright, and a pair of solar panels keeps it powered off the grid. It also comes with a standard RV-style hookup. Inside, you’ll find a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, arranged in an upside-down layout. The living room sits in the loft, and the bedroom is on the main floor below.
Walking in, visitors first reach the bay window area, which doubles as the main-floor lounge. Its main highlight is the built-in bay window bench with a dark, wipeable cushion and deep storage drawers underneath, letting it shift from a daytime sofa to a full-sized bed at night. Next to the window nook, a flush, custom-cut wall panel hints at a hidden feature, possibly a fold-down desk or storage access, adding to the room’s dual-purpose design.
Adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen of the tiny house. It is outfitted with warm wood panelling and laminate flooring that give it a cabin-like feel. The kitchen features a counter that doubles as a breakfast bar, with two black wooden barstools tucked underneath, alongside a built-in double-basin stainless steel sink and a paper towel holder. Some of the appliances include a gas range and a full-sized refrigerator set beside the wood cabinetry.
The home’s vertical layout puts a private bedroom nook on the main floor, with a cozy living room loft above it. The ground-floor bedroom needs no climbing to reach and includes a neatly made bed along with a window air conditioning unit for direct climate control. Above it, the loft is enclosed by a dark-stained wood safety railing and includes media shelving along the back wall. A built-in wooden staircase with a handrail, curving gently at the base, connects the two levels.

That loft functions as the home’s living room, built for relaxation. A large sofa that anchors the room, layered with neutral throw pillows and a wolf-print blanket that fits the home’s nature-inspired theme. Above the seating, a long, bracketed shelf holds a packed collection of DVDs and video games, making it clear that this loft doubles as a movie and gaming nook. Elsewhere is the bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and vanity. While it’s unclear whether the tiny home is currently available for sale, you can check the Tiny Home Builders marketplace for more details, where it’s listed for $85,000.
