How to Make Quick Pickled Red Onions
The best thing about making these quick pickled red onions is that it literally only requires a few ingredients, you can make them in minutes, and they only require one hour of refrigeration before you can eat them! They usually taste best if used within the first week or two of making them, but I promise they won’t last that long! We use them in my Brisket Tacos, Chicken Taco Bowls and Shredded Chicken Tacos weekly.

I learned how to make homemade pickled red onions a few years ago and have been making them regularly since. My husband and I love to add them to tacos, wraps, salads, sandwiches, soups and have even been known to eat them without anything at all. They are slightly sweet, a little acidic, and full of amazing flavor that adds the perfect punch to any dish!
