&Partners has added Crown Legacy Wealth, a team that managed $838 million in assets at Wells Fargo, in Bellevue, Wash.
Led by founders and managing directors Thomas Faley and Jason Eckerman, the team had been with Wells Fargo for a decade. The team also includes support staff Jeni Gonzales, Ali Boop-Nilsen and Sean Price.
Faley began his career in 2001 with IDS Life Insurance Company and Ameriprise Financial Services. He moved to Wells Fargo in 2016, according to BrokerCheck. Eckerman started in 2007 with Ameriprise and worked for Chase Investment Services Corp. and J.P. Morgan Securities before joining Wells Fargo in 2016.
“Crown Legacy Wealth has built its practice around a personal, comprehensive approach to wealth management, with a focus on concentrated wealth, tax strategy, and legacy planning,” according to an announcement on &Partners’ LinkedIn.
“Their relationship-focused approach aligns closely with the values of &Partners, and we are pleased to welcome them to our growing community,” the post added.
Crown Legacy Wealth is the 123rd advisor practice to join &Partners since its founding in 2023 by former Wells Fargo executives David Kowach, John Alexander and Kristi Mitchem. The hybrid broker-dealer and RIA, based in Nashville, Tenn., and St. Louis, had $60 billion in assets as of the end of July.
