Bond Vet, a portfolio company of Talisman Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus, announced today the completion of its merger with Small Door Veterinary, which is backed by Valspring Capital, Primary Venture Partners and Lerer Hippeau. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2019 and based in New York, Bond Vet provides primary, urgent, dental and surgical services to pets.
