Baymark acquires healthy meal prep and delivery company Meal Prep Sunday
- Founder Abtin Naderi will continue leading the business following the acquisition

Baymark Partners has acquired Meal Prep Sunday, a San Diego-based meal preparation and delivery company. No financial terms were disclosed.
The transaction marks Baymark’s 66th acquisition.
“We see an opportunity to help the company grow without changing what customers already love about it,” said David Hook, managing partner of Baymark Partners in a statement.
Founder Abtin Naderi will continue leading the business following the acquisition.
Meal Prep Sunday was founded in May 2016.
