Gorgeous Collective, a multi-brand beauty and wellness franchise backed by MPK Equity Partners, has announced its first acquisition since its launch earlier this year, of skincare franchise Clean Your Dirty Face.
Gorgeous Collective is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and partners with franchise concepts to provide operating support, shared services and growth capital while preserving each brand’s identity and customer experience. It is anchored by Image Studios, which MPK Equity Partners invested in back in 2024.
Based in Chicago, Clean Your Dirty Face is the developer of 30-minute facials that use a standardized 5-step protocol and a curated in-house, esthetician-formulated product line. It has 33 locations across the US.
The deal provides it will access to Gorgeous Collective’s centralized operating infrastructure across technology, marketing, franchise development, real estate, construction, supply chain, and data-driven growth initiatives.
MPK Equity Partners is a private equity firm based in Dallas that invests across home services, healthcare, wellness and beauty, restaurants and youth enrichment.
