WealthReach Acquires AdvisorRankings
WealthReach Inc., an artificial–intelligence-powered platform for registered investment advisers and wealth management firms, acquired AdvisorRankings, a specialized search engine optimization and AI search optimization agency for financial advisers.
The transaction brings AdvisorRankings’ adviser-specific search and website expertise in-house offering to WealthReach’s platform.
AdvisorRankings was founded in 2010 by Brent Carnduff. Following the acquisition, the firm will continue operating as a brand under WealthReach, with Carnduff leading business development and contributing directly to WealthReach’s SEO and AI search capabilities.
Zocks Launches Scheduling Tool for Adviser Workflows
Zocks Communications Inc., an artificial intelligence platform for financial service companies, launched Zocks Scheduling, a new feature that automatically books meetings directly from conversations and emails.
Zocks Scheduling analyzes the details of a client meeting or email and then automatically proposes the next booking. Advisers can also use the feature to turn client insights across their book into meetings.
The booking draws on Zocks’ data from past client conversations, as well as relevant data from client relationship management, planning tools and other connected systems, to build a one-page meeting preparation summary.
Retirement Health Solutions to Use AI Tools from New Owner Integrity
Retirement Health Solutions, a marketing organization based in Salt Lake City, will leverage IntegrityConnect, an artificial intelligence-powered platform and business tool from Integrity LLC, to manage workflows. The agreement resulted from Integrity, a distributor of life and health insurance and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions, acquiring Retirement Health Solutions.
Retirement Health Solutions, which is led by David Burns, Chris Phelps and Mark Jensen, will also gain access to Ask Integrity, an AI-powered and voice-activated digital assistant delivering data analysis and recommendations for users.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
AMCAP Launches Agentic AI Platform
AMCAP Capital Management launched AMCAP Agentic AI, an autonomous intelligence platform designed for private wealth management and asset allocation.
AMCAP Agentic AI is a multi-agent tool capable of analysis of global markets for liquidity adjustments, derivative premiums and yield discrepancies.
AMCAP has a standard edition, which delivers automated rebalancing, multi-asset data feeds and institutional-grade risk monitoring, and a premium edition, which has a 24/7 AI client assistant tailored for high-net-worth individuals and private wealth clients.
Cowbell Releases OMNI
Cowbell Insurance, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered cyber and specialty insurance for small and medium-sized enterprises, launched OMNI, an AI decision intelligence system.
Built on the Cowbell Platform, OMNI assists in claims, cybersecurity services, customer engagement, product development and operational workflows. It also analyzes submissions, evaluates complex risk, gathers internal and external underwriting intelligence and generates transparent coverage and pricing recommendations.
